Yes you can. Payment can be done either through banktransfer (if you live in the EU) or Paypal.

No, there is no minimum amount in order to buy from Wicked Wigs.

If you want to cancel your order, please send us an e-mail a.s.a.p. or give us a call.
 Your order can only be canceled if we hear from you within 1 day after placing the order.
 Once the order is ready for shipment, you cannot cancel anymore.

After receiving your payment, we will ship your package within 5 working days.
 If you live outside of the Netherlands and Belgium, your package will be shipped on Thursday. If your order comes in after 10 am on Thursday, your order will be shipped out the next Thursday. Delivery time really depends on where you live.
If you want to know the delivery time to your country, please send us an e-mail. 
If you ordered an article that has a delivery time, the item will be ordered as soon as we have received your payment. Within 2 days the item(s) will be shipped to Wicked Wigs. This takes around 1-3 weeks. After we receive the item, we will ship within 5 working days.

Yes, you can state this address during the order process.

If you live in The Netherlands, you can pay with Ideal (through www.mollie.nl) or banktransfer (on accountnumber NL14ABNA0435309536 in the name of Wicked Wigs in Eindhoven). You need to pay ahead. There is no option in paying the delivery person. 
If you live outside of the Netherlands but in a Euro Country, you can pay with banktransfer as well. IBAN: NL14ABNA0435309536, BIC: ABNANL2A in the name of Wicked Wigs in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. If you live in a non- Euro country, you can pay with Paypal: info@wickedwigsshop.com

Because of hygenic reasons this is not possible. Unless the wigs shows terrible flaws that weren't mentioned.
 Please pay close attention and ask questions about the wig you want to purchase before buying it. If a wig is less full than you thought, it is not a valid reason to send it back. As long as the wigcap is not showing, the wig is of good quality and therefor cannot be returned.

Yes, you can make an appointment to try on wigs in our store in Eindhoven. Please send us an e-mail or give us a call.

All orders are send with PostNL or BPost. Both are fully trackable.  

Yes, if you live in the Netherlands, there is free shipping if your order is 30 euros or more.
 If you live in Europe, you get free shipping if your order is 75 euros or more.
 If you live outside of Europe, you get free shipping if your oder is 99 euros or more.

If you e-mail us with the name of the wig and how much you need, we can check for you if this is possible. Payment ahead is required.

If you order 4-10 wigs at the same time, you will get a discount of 10%. Orders need to be made through e-mail in order to get the discount.
 If you order 11-15 wigs at the same time, you will get a discount of 15%. Orders need to be made through e-mail in order to get the discount. 
If you order 15 or more wigs at the same time, you will get a discount of 20%. Orders need to be made through e-mail in order to get the discount.

Unfortunately it happens too often that a package is not accepted at the door by a customer. The costs for Wicked Wigs are too much.

Unfortunately not everyone pays once they get their order. The only way for Wicked Wigs to keep the prices low, is to reduce as many costs as possible. Therefor we only deliver if the customer pays upfront.
You can check your account if you log onto the site.

No, but it can slow your order process a bit. If you still haven't received an order confirmation after one week, please send us an e-mail.
If you aren't happy with an article from your order, please don't hesitate to e-mail us. We will try to get the best solution for the problem. If there are more complaints about the same product, we will retract it from our assortment.
No, Wicked Wigs does not have a catalogue.

At the moment we aren't looking for new models. As soon as we are, we will put it on our website.

Yes we do! If you are a model or photographer, we offer a 20% discount (ex shippingcosts) on your order. What we want in return are pictures and the mentioning of our name. 
If you are a blogger or vlogger, we offer a 10% discount (ex shippingcosts) on your order. What we want in return is that you do a review of the item and mention our name.
