Returns

  • If you want to return or exchange a product you always need to contact us first at info@wickedwigsshop.com
  • All items bought online can be returned within 14 days, with the exception of:
    • Wigs
    • Wigcaps
    • Wig brushes
    • Custom ordered items
  • All return items must be in mint condiiton. So unused, unwashed and not smelling of smoke, deodorant, perfume etc.
  • Custom ordered items cannot be returned or excanged.
  • If you want to return an item, you need to pay for the return costs. The costs for resending an item will be yours as well.
  • If you return an item, we will refund you within 10 workingdays.
